Business Notes contain no content when upgrading from BCM 03 to BCM 07

We recently upgraded out current system of SBA 2006/BCM 03 to the 2007
versions of Office Acounting and BCM. Since the collation is different, I
couldn't join the two upgraded databases which is crazy because now I have
to export a large database with a lot of business note history and then
re-import it into a new BCM 2007 file. After finally realizing that if I
don't import before I integrate with OA 07, and import all duplicates, then
everything appears to show up after the import. If I import after
integration with the update duplicates, only about 20% of the business
history notes appear.

The problem we just discovered is that all the actual notes now appear for
the specific account just as in BCM 03 but when you click on the actual not,
none of them contain any of the notations other than the title of the note.
The weeks worth of notes that I had to import into the new BCM database from
the one that has been used while I was trying to figure out this mess all
imported with their business notes showing though.

When I went into the upgraded BCM database that I cannot integrate due to
the different collation with the OA 07 database, and all the notes with
their actual contact appear so I am not sure how to proceed from here.

In other words, after the import from the upgraded BCM database to a new BCM
database pre-integration, the notes all appear without any content except
for the past week's notes that were entered into the new database.

How can I get the content to appear in the new post integrated business
notes?
