Our office just went to BCM 2.0 and I've been figuring out how to use it most
effectively. I have a contact with 3 business notes listed in Business
Contact History; one came over when I transferred data from ACT, and the
other 2 I added in the past 2 days.
Today, I opened all three notes, and I noticed that the dates displayed in
the "Created/Due" field have all changed to today's date. I added the
"Modified" field to the display, but now I have 2 fields that display the
same information.
Once the note itself is opened, I can see the original date of creation in
the note itself...but if the date changes once the note is closed, how do I
keep the notes in the correct order (newest on top)?
