I don't have BCM yet, but am considering it. I just took a new job where I am
on a team of accountants that work with clients. Each member may speak or
e-mail a client. But the conversations are not always documented in a way
that other team members know what is going on. Some post notes just within
the Contact's vCard, but they are not in a global address book or anything
like that. Is there a way to share this information? Because the office
standard is Outlook 2003, we would be using BCM for Outlook 2003. Thanks!
