Servers, as well as all clients, are running MDAC 2.8 for data access.
IIS6.0 has anonymous user access enabled and integrated windows
authentication enabled as well. IIS users have full access to ProjectServer
and MDAC folders on disk set through NTFS. Users get the error even when
they are trying to log on into server. People help me please! I've read a
great number of posts from MS and simple administrators; it seems that
nobody has figured out the solution of the problem, except for the clean
reinstallation.
