Problem:
Current and/or Previous values on the scorecard views are not being
displayed from the cube when the Target value is empty or zero.
Question:
Is it possible to display Previous and/or Current Actual values in the
scorecard views when the Target value is Empty or Zero in the OLAP cubes?

KPI Benchmarks (Actual Cube)
KPI Facts (Actual Cube)
KPI Analysis (Virtual Cube)
