Busy/Free Information

Even though we have exchange, I have one user out of twenty that is unable to
view the Busy/Free Information of other employees while calendar sceduling.

Also if any you go into File/Open 'Others Users Folders' this option is
greyed out.

Any help would be appreciated, can not find anything on the Microsoft
Knowledgebase.
