Button Drop down menu's

Does anyone know if using frontpage 2003 you can make an interactive button
expand into suboptions? For example if the button said About Us .. when you
scrolled over it a menu would drop down that would say mission, contact us,
meet the staff etc. I appreciate any help!! :)
