button for FUNCTIONS

a have always had a button for FUNCTIONS (f) on
a default toolbar. it opened up a list of all
functions available with Excel.

i recently reloaded my windows and excel. now, i have
no button for that lists all the functions. i can only
add buttons for specific functions. i cannot find a
the single (f) button.

can you help me.

It's still there, click view>toolbars>customize and select commands,
now select insert in the left pane and scroll down until you see
the fx button, left click and drag it to the toolbar of your choice,
close the customize window
