This is more of a niggle than a problem

when i create buttons on a form using the wizard i often find that when i
position them on the form they do not look right,

e.g if i try to stack the buttons they do not line up correctly and overlap
sometimes sizing buttons with text or picture they will not go to same size
as buttons already on the form.

does anyone know why this happens is there a workarround i use A2000 or am i
stuck with this problem

thanks

Phil

There are two things you can do. One is increase the resolution of the
grid - I find X and Y values of 22 to be a good res to work with. The other
is to use the Format/Align menu items. You can also move objects by using
Ctrl + arrow keys and resize them by using Shift + arrow keys.

If you want to size or align 2 or more Controls to be the same, select them
and then use the Menu command Format / Size or Align ...
