Hi!!

In old Exchange 5.5 client the message template had a button to set Read
Receipt on/off. Outlook 2000 does not have it. Is there a way to set it up?

Outlook 2000 also has this. Either per messages in the Options of the
message you are composing or as default in Tools-> Options-> tab
Preferences-> button E-mail Options-> button Tracking Options
