Buttons Disabled with OWC

I have an excel file I am trying to view online that uses the OWC. All
of the buttons (sort, filter, etc.) are disabled, however. The computer
has IE6 SP1, Win2k Pro, and Office XP with a valid site license. I have
even tried installing the OWC package that can be downloaded from
Microsoft, but no luck. Does anyone have any ideas?

I was having the same problem, and reinstalled OXP from my company's server
and now it works.
