Buttons within Themes

Hi, I am creating some new themes within FP2003.

My question/s are:

Where are the buttons for the existing FP Themes stored?

How do I find out what size I should create the buttons?

For example, Quick Buttons (Back, Home, Next) and the Vertical, Global and
Horizontal.

Yes, I know that I can create them to my own size, but I would like to
create them to the same sizes as FP uses for all of the standard Themes.

Unpack a theme and look at the sizes
