I have Pro xp, and MS office suite 2000.
No power point came with it.]
Am I elegible to buy the "upgrade" (for $109)?
Or do I have to buy the whole program? ($239)

Check your Office CD. Does it say "Small Business Edition"? If so, that's
why you don't have PowerPoint. Yes, it is eligible for an upgrade to
PowerPoint 2003. See
