By pass outlook confirmation dialog box when send mail

I encountered a problem for getting a dialog box displayed that askin
confirm to send the mail when I execute outlook's mailtem.sen
method
Any idea how to by pass this confirmation dialog box
I need to set a program to automatic send out System alert mails at
specify interval using Outlook 2003
