bypass American Transends at startup

when I turn on my computer,American transends appears on screen,I have to
close it down, and turn in on for the secod time for it to open up.

That has nothing to do with Office. And from the sounds of it, you have
installed something that you don't want/need. I'd suggest taking your
computer to a qualified technician.
