Bypassing Parameters in a Query?

I have a beginning-and-end-date parameter query that promts users to enter
the dates as they open the query. I'm wondering, however, if there is a way
to bypass the parameters to have ALL records included in the query (we
wouldn't have to do this often, but it would be helpful). I tried simply not
entering dates when prompted, but that returns NO records. Does anyone have
any suggestions?
