c# add-in not working

I've developed a frontpage add-in using c# and visual studio 2003.
It creates a new toolbar on OnWebOpen event with a combo and a button.

On my system it works just fine.

When I've tried to install it on a different machine it failed to work.
This machine has:
- win xp professional SP2
- frontpage professional 2003 full install
- Office Professional 2003 SP2 full install
- Microsoft Office 2003 primary interop assemblies
- .NET 1.1 framework SP1

I've also tried to install .NET 1.1 SDK but did'nt helped.

Can anyone help me with this?
