[C#]How to create trusted Outlook Addin

Hi,

I've created an .net Outlook Addin that accesses email addresses. But
before doing it the messages appears asking for permission. I've read
that I can avoid it when using an Exchange Server. But I want to use
this addin in any Outlook not necessary having an access to this
application. Is there any way to avoid this message? I've already
tested the 'shim' solution but it's said that it works with this
exchange thing.

Kind regards,
Tom

Hi,

Thank you, the redemption library is what I was probably looking for
and it's not that expensive. I still need to have a look but it sounds
promising :D

Thanks
Tom

It's free if you don't need to redistribute it.

If you do need to redistribute it then it's not very expensive relatively.
In that case I'd strongly recommend that for security reasons you customize
it using the supplied utility and also use the AuthKey property to ensure
that your use of Redemption is completely secure.
