C1 Notation

Upon printing after editing a file I now get a C1 notation in the upper left
corner of a slide with a plain page behind the slide with the slide number,
C1 and my name and date on the page. How do I elimitate this?

Are you printing slides, handouts, or notepages?

Whichever it is, go to View/Master/<whatever master> and make sure nothing's
typed into the placeholders there. Then go to View/Header and Footer and
make sure nothing's typed in *there*, either.

My guess is that you are seeing a comment that was inserted.

C = Your initials (as entered in the tools=>options)
1 = Comment number
Your name = As entered in the tools=>Options.

If you click on it then hit the delete key, it should disappear.
