cache clearing

I reset the nickname and auto completion caches in Outlook to get rid of some
old email addresses and now I have lost auto completion when doing new
emails. How do I rectify this? My OS is Windows XP and outlook 2003

that feature uses the cache and you need to rebuild it as you send messages.
