I recently changed my computer and I installed Office
2003 when I configured Outlook I checked cache mode and
continued with configuring Outlook. When I try to open
Outlook it gives me a error message unable to open
folders, Exchange server is unavialable. When I uncheck
cached mode Outlook opens just fine. I tried recreating
my Outlook profile with the same end results. Can
someone guide me in the right direction. Thank you in
advance for any of your help.
