cached autocomplete addresses disappear

Randomly a user's cached autocomplete address list will disappear from his
Outlook 2007 SP2 configuration. The N2K file is there and this was all
working fine for a long period of time. According to the user, nothing
changed on the system or on his Outlook configuration. He does have a
BlackBerry device too. Not sure if that has any bearing on the matter but I
thought I'd mention it.

Any help or information would be greatly appreciated

Thanks
Nick

I always suspect the Blackberry software when it's present.

As do I, however I have 20 BlackBerry users and this is the only person with
a problem.

Is there some sort of caching limit ? He is a heavy Outlook user with many,
many email addresses cached.

The NK2 file can hold 1,000 resolved addresses. The newest address after
that will push out the oldest in the file.
