Cached exchange mode

One of our customers get this message when he is connected to the Exchange
server. They are running SBS2003 and outlook 2003. It doesnt sycronize at all
with the Exchange server. Any suggestions?

Tried deleting the ost-file for that profile already? (only do this when you
are not remotely connected as resynching could take a while)

Yes I have tried it. I get the problems at once.

Disable Cached Exchange mode completely. Can you succesfully connect to the
server?
