CAD Drawing scale

When opening, importing, or after converting an AutoCAD drawing in Visio, the
CAD Drawing scale option in CAD Drawing Properties is grayed out. The CAD
drawing units option is enabled, but changing it doesn't enable the drawing
scale option.
