calandar is 1 hour off

I use Entourage 2008 and Outlook 2007 (VMware Fusion) because Entourage doesn't allow me to assign tasks.

Problem: When I create an appointment in Entourage, my outlook calendar shows the appointment 1 hour late. My phone uses Activesync to sync to Exchange and also shows the calendar event to be 1 hour late.

This sounds similar to a known Exchange Server issue detailed here:

"An Entourage user may receive a meeting request that does not
correspond to the meeting time that is specified by the meeting
organizer in an Exchange Server 2003 organization"

Even if this is not the same problem either this hotfix should correct
the issue or your Exchange Server admin needs to apply some long overdue
updates or service packs to his server.
