i have to calanders one in the server and the other one is local but in the
local calander i am not getting the reminder

Vince Averello [MVP - Outlook]

Which one is your primary calendar? I'm guessing it's the one on the server
(an Exchange Server, I'm guessing). Normally Outlook only fires reminders
from your primary Calendar folder.
