calculate age using BD and (TODAY)

I would like to have the current age calculated in an excel spread sheet and
am having trouble with the formula. Any help appreciated. TIm

will give you age in whole number.

Not quite. Suppose the DoB was 31st December? The *age* would be a year
out for all but one day of the year.

The DATEDIF function will calculate the age. DATEDIF is only in XL2000 Help
but Chip Pearson has a page on his website about it:

=DATEDIF(A1,B1,"y")

Note that it takes the arguments: earliest date then later date
