calculate ages in excel

I keep a database type worksheet that includes officers/directors names &
birthdates. I always have to manually figure out how old they are at a given
date to include in SEC filings. Does anyone know a formula I can use to
calculate their age as of today. I have a cell with "today" formula in it
but don't know how to calculate years from their birthdate.
