Calculate earned value

Is it possible to calculate earned value using "% work complete" instead of
"% complete" and if so, how to do it.

I think that you want can be done by doing the steps below.

In Project Pro goto Tools /Options. Select the Calculation Tab. You can
select the Phyical % Complete for the Earned Value CalCulation here. You
can also select which baseline to use for the earned value calculation.

Thanks for your quick answer Ray. But % physical is not calculated
automatically by Project and I will have to enter a value for all the tasks
of my project. This is not an optimal solution for me. Is there another way
to do it.
