Calculate non-work days in 2010 Pro

Howdy all, I want to count the number of days from one event to
another, to include weekends and holidays. I keep getting 28.35 days
when I set a start and end time...what am I doing wrong? I can't
figure this out and it seems so basic! ARGGHHH! Thanks!
