Calculate the difference between two times

Help me please!
How would i calculate the difference between two times if hours exceed 24.
For example, start time is 10:55, finish time is 01:20. What formula i have
to use?

Total:
When i do autosum my Total: 02:05:00
How to sort this problem out?
