Calculating an average

Hi,

I have three columns which contains data for last three months. I a
using forth column to calculate average of first three columns. It
working fine if all the columns have data into them, however sometime
two out of three columns are empty, the calculation in that case ar
not correct because its dividing values from one column by 3.

How can I fix this problem?
