Calculating inside a cell?

Is it possible to add 5+5+5 in one cell and hit enter? Just trying to avoid
using a calculator.

Tools>options>transition and select transition formula entry, now try to
enter the same numbers again

Note that it has some drawbacks like you can't enter dates and probably some
more

Or start with another +, conveniently located under your pinky finger.
Since somehow the world settled on the stupid keyboards without the =
on the keypad in the early 90s.
