Calculating sum of adjacent cell

Hi

I need to find all the cells adjacent to a text value and calculate the
total on a seperate sheet.

Similar to below

NG £250
LW £150
NG £370
KW £450

Total NG £620
Total LW £150

etc.

Ideas?

etc.
