Calculating years between two dates

Is there a formula that will calculate the number of years between two
dates? Like 4/6/04 - 4/6/02= 2 years?

One way:

Assume early date in A1, later date in A2:

=DATEDIF(A1,A2,"y")

There is also the YEARFRAC function, available in the Analysis Tookpak.
