Calculating Yes/No queries in report

I'm creating a customer survey report that gives the percentage of
response. I've set a yes/no check box for each of the survey quetion
(Poor, Fair, Good, Very Good, Excellent). For instance, if 10 peopl
answered the first question I want the report to calculate th
percentage of people who said poor, fair, etc. Can someone help m
with this?

Can you share your table structure? It looks like you might have created a
"spreadsheet" rather than a relational table.
