Calculation error

I am working on a very large spreadsheet with complex formulas and after it calculates, the word "calculation" appears in the message bar at the bottom of my screen. What does this mean? Is this an error message?

Hi
this indicates that your spreadsheet is too complex to further enable
automatic calculation. You're now in the manual calculation mode. To
re-calculate hit F9

Actually your spreadsheet will still calculate automatically.
