calculation in word form template

How do I format a text field, calculation to automatically or otherwise
update the result if any of the fields used in the calculation changes. I use
tables in word.

i.e text1 =1 text2= 5 calculation {=sum(left)} or {=text1+text2} gives the
result only when text3(calculation) is edited and not if text1 or 2 is
edited. Is there a autosum and autoproduct function I can use. Even contol+a
f9 does not update calculation field. I can e-mail template if it will help.

Hi Willem,

You need to make sure that every formfield involved in the calculation has the 'calculate on exit' property checked.
