Calculation loop problem

I have a 45 meg workbook that I have set to manual calc due to the
minutes it takes to calculate. Just recently when ever the workboo
calcs using F9 when it finishs it goes back to saying it needs a cal
done again. I hit F9 again and it starts calculating for 5 minute
again.

I have also noticed certain cells not calculating using F9. Any idea
how to identify what appears to be a loop. I don't use subtotaling an
the version is 2003

655536 dependencies was a typo, the number is 65,536 as noted
