Calculation the of week out of the year

I have a worksheet with a bunch of dates. I need to
figure out if there are any dates that are of the on the
same week.
Example: which dates are of the same week, 2/12/04,
2/16/04, 2/20/04...
2/12/04 is week 7
2/16/04 is week 8
2/20/04 is week 8...

Can anyone help with this question? What is the formula?
