if there is only 6 cells, you can just add each cell
together.
first highlight the cell that you want to display this
calculation, then press the "=" key. next use the arrow
keys to move to the first cell you want in the
calculation, then press the "+" key. repeat till you have
all six cells in the formula and press the "enter" key.
if you have a large amount of cells that you want to add
up, highlight the cell you want to perform the calculation
in, then press the "fx" button at the top of the screen,
choose "sum" from the list click "OK" and then click the
button located to the right of the "number 1" field. this
will take you back to your worksheet. you should then
highlight all of the fields that you want in your
calculation and click the button to the right of the
little window that is displayed. click ok and you should
be all set
