Calculations between rows in Access PivotTables

Hi,

Excel pivot tables let you insert calculations between rows. I'm having
trouble duplicating this functionality in Access pivot tables.

Is there a way to insert a row in an Access pivot table that calculates the
difference between two other rows in the pivot table?

Or is this something I need to resolve within the pivot table query itself?
