Calendar and selecting multiple dates for an event

Hi,

I am trying to implement a form where I would be able to detail an event byt
choosing the dates where this event is occuring through a form calendar.
The dates could be consecutive or random. Then after I attach a user to
that event I could query the dates when he would be busy with that event.

How could I approach this problem?
