Calendar Bolded (Busy) dates

Does any know why the Outlook Calendar does not always
(unless I do a fix and repair) show bolded dates for busy
dates. I have double-checked the
Calendar>Organize>Views>FormatDayWeekMonth and the general
settings for bolded dates is checked (yes).
