Calendar Colours Not Syncing

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

We have a network at our office where we are all able to view the presidents calendar. I input meetings into the calendar on my computer and assign the, to categories (different colours for different types of meetings). When the calendar syncs only my computer displays the appropriate category/colour.

Everyone else's computer display's every event in blue. Is there a fix for this?

Thanks!

Hi,

that's because categories are not synched to Exchange if you use Entourage.
You need to download Entourage 2008 Web Services Edition to synch
categories, notes, and tasks to the server and back. Keep in mind that EWS
only works with an up-to-date version of Exchange 2007, and that you can
only use it to connect with Exchange if you use either the Standard, Special
Media or Business Editions of Microsoft Office 2008. If your Exchange server
meets this requirement, then you and everyone else can install EWS (which is
available for free, by the way).
