Calendar & Contact Handling in Internt Program

In the control panel under Internet Options/Programs. I am unable ot select
Outlook as my Calendar or Contacts Program . - The drop down box is blank
OUtlook is set as my default app for mail, calendar and Contacts.

Any ideas appreciated.
