Calendar Control in FrontPage

I found out how to add a calendar control to my webpage,
but I'm curious if it's possible to link it to a database
for links to upcoming events.

Has anyone had any success doing something like this?

Which calendar control??
If it's the ActiveX calendar control
it needs an Access data base to store / display
the data for individual dates.
