It usually won't work unless someone has MS office installed because it
comes with the Office Suite of products. ActiveX controls are similar to
Java applets but can still be tricky to get to do what you need since some
scripting may be involved to handle certain events (such as selecting a
date,etc). There are a couple KB articles about it,

but you won't find much. The biggest problem is these controls aren't really
meant for FrontPage so FP lacks the ability to really dig into all the
properties that other members of the Office Suite have to set all the
properties and events, etc..
