Outlook 2001 for Macintosh

I am using fields and controls on customs forms (appoinment) designed in MS-Outlook 2000 SR-1 (9.0.0.3821) for Windows 2000. The form will be sent from Pc stations (Win2000 and Outlook 2000) to Macintosh stations (MacOS 9.2.2 with Outlook 2001) to update calender on the Mac client.

The Mac client can't receive the form, only display property fields of Outlook (ej. location, subject, address, start and finish date, etc.) but I can't see form desigined and personal fields. What can I do ?

Other question, Can I do forms from Outlook 2001 for Macintosh ?
