I know that the date navigator finds all items that are "busy", "tentative"
and "out of office" but I was wondering if it is possible to customize this
list to add another field to show my public calendar that I am busy but my
date navigator calendar that I am not busy. I use block time to find an hour
a day to do my work. As a result, my date navigator shows all week days as
bold because I have an appointment scheduled. The down side to this is that
I have lost the at a glance look for when my real meetings occur.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
